My mojo is somewhere... & I can't find it... *sigh* I was determined to make a card tonight, so I went through my favorites & found a card that my friend Janice had made. I decided to use her card as my inspiration. Thank you, Janice!!
I really wasn't going to make another yellow & black card so soon... but they made me do it! *grin* The gals over at The Pink Elephant have a recipe challenge~ favorite color combo, polka dots & crinkle ribbon. I really didn't have a choice! :D
I got this cute little stamp from Julie over at Paper & Such. Have you seen her new shop??? If you haven't, you need to take a peek! *wink* No, I'm not getting paid to say that!!! :D
Stamps: Milton with Daisy
C/S: Lemon Tart, Black, White
DP: polka dots
white crinkle ribbon, copics, border punch, black brads
A card a day keeps the mojo flowin'... until next time!
My Dad's birthday is today! Happy Birthday, Dad!! I've had this card made a few days, but blogger was being goofy the day that I posted it.
Both of my boys competed in archery competitions yesterday. It was a loooooong day! We left our house at 5:30 Saturday morning & didn't get home until 1:30 Sunday morning. Devin came in 1st place in his division in the state 4-H recurve competition & 1st place in his division in the state JOAD outdoor competition for recurve. Dylan came in 1st place in the state JOAD outdoor competition in his division in compound. I didn't get a picture of the boys at the 2nd competition, because I was scoring targets. This one is Devin at the 4-H shoot while he was waiting on them to get started.
One layout, the same set of supplies + 2 different images = this combo!!! *grin* I'm a tad behind in the number of cards I need for the month, so I decided to make 2 cards while I had the supplies sitting out!
Last week, when I posted my other Penny Black card, my Mom sent me an email telling me how much she liked that card. Here is her Mother's Day card. I changed the other card up enough! She told me yesterday that I was pretty sneaky!!! I learned from the best!! *grin*
